This project for Lessons From Now fund builds on work I previously delivered for SWCTN by continuing to tell the stories of black & brown people in rural spaces.
Through sharing existing content (poetry & stories) via film, the project will enable viewers to immerse themselves in another’s experience.
This project has a strong focus on inclusion/telling stories of marginalised voices from rural spaces. It will also focus on the natural environment – something that has an increased meaning to us during this challenging
time. Connecting audiences with the natural environment (via tech) and the diverse, human stories that exist in these spaces, feels important for community wellbeing & connection with others.
