Ciara will to explore how coaching, action learning sets and a new self-help book/resource could be used to help leaders of our civic and cultural institutions to better understand the potential of automation within their organisations. During her Automation Fellowship, she found that leaders were keen to learn more but lacked the access to relevant opportunities.
Ciara will be collaborating with tech entrepreneur James Jameson, who has helped a range of organisations to automate aspects of their business and who is – like Ciara – a qualified coach.
